A few things to know.

Do I send you the collar?

No. Keep it with you. You attach your own suitable collar at home after the display arrives. The collar and tag are not included.

Can I leave out the quote?

Yes. Leave the quote field blank for a photo-and-name design. The quote shown in the example is optional.

Will I see the artwork before it is made?

Yes. After you order, we email your artwork for review. Check the photo crop, spelling, optional quote and layout. We wait for your written approval before sending the design to production. If the design changes, we ask you to approve the revised version.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery is 2–4 weeks after artwork approval. Preparing the preview and any revisions happen first and take additional time. We cannot guarantee arrival for a particular occasion. See our shipping policy for the full conditions.

Will every collar fit?

No. Strap width, thickness, usable length, buckles and attached fittings can affect suitability. Do not cut or force a collar to fit. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure.

Can I cancel or report a problem?

You may cancel before we submit the order for production. Once submitted, personalized products generally cannot be returned for a change of mind. If an item is damaged, faulty, incorrect or does not arrive, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
