Shopping with Collar & Kin

These terms apply to purchases at collarandkin.com. Prices are in US dollars. Delivery availability and any applicable tax are shown before payment. Please provide accurate contact and delivery details so we can process your order.

Personalised artwork

Provide a photo you own or have permission to use, the correct pet name and any design instructions. We use them to prepare your display and send an artwork preview by email. Please check the spelling, photo crop and layout. We wait for your written approval before submitting the design for production; silence is not approval.

Artwork preparation and revisions come before our estimated delivery window. If we cannot obtain a usable photo or complete your design, we will discuss a resolution or cancel and refund your order.

Your display and collar

The display is made to order. A collar is not included: keep your pet's collar at home. Collar dimensions and fittings affect compatibility; ask us before ordering if unsure and do not cut or force a treasured collar to fit. Minor screen-to-print colour differences can occur, but your rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods remain.

Delivery, cancellations and problems

Our Shipping policy and Returns and refunds policy form part of these terms. They explain delivery estimates, cancellation before supplier submission and remedies for damaged, incorrect or missing orders. We will not charge an additional agreed cost without explaining it first and obtaining your agreement.

If an order cannot be fulfilled or has a material pricing or listing error, we will contact you with the available options. We will not substitute a product or increase the agreed price without your agreement; if we cancel, we will refund payments for the cancelled items.

Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updated terms apply to future orders; the terms agreed when you ordered continue to govern that order.
